APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL CONDITIONS.
1. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER
These terms and conditions govern the supply by us of any product that you have ordered from all Shopoutdooronline.com websites.
By using one of our websites, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms or any part of these terms, you should not use these websites.

2. PURCHASE ORDERS.
The receipt by Shopoutdooronline.com of an order form in any form, title or name whatsoever (a “purchase order”) from the Customer will be deemed to be the recognition and acceptance by the Customer of these General Conditions. Any order form submitted via the standard order form on this website constitutes an offer to Shopoutdooronline.com to purchase products. References to the “order form” in this document refer to any document other than the General Conditions negotiated or executed by Shopoutdooronline.com and the Customer for the purchase and sale of Products and / or services.
3. DUTIES AND TAXES FOR THE WHOLE WORLD (Except the 27 countries of the European Union).
Unless Shopoutdooronline.com and the Customer agree otherwise in writing, delivery of all Products will be an EXW business condition for Shopoutdooronline.com products.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for an item purchased online because:

4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS.

5. PRICE.

6. PAYMENT.
Unless Shopoutdooronline.com and the customer agree otherwise in writing, payment for all products and services must be made via the means of payment on the website or by bank transfer before delivery, without bank charges. Shopoutdooronline.com reserves the right to modify payment methods at any time.
7. DELIVERY in the EU.
Unless Shopoutdooronline.com and the Customer agree otherwise in writing, delivery of all Products will be an EXW business condition for Shopoutdooronline.com products. Delivery times are estimated between 1 and 5 days throughout Europe. Shopoutdooronline.com will not be liable for damages resulting from late delivery for any reason. Delivery to the customer’s site constitutes delivery to the customer, whether the customer or his agent is on site at the time of delivery or signs an acknowledgment of receipt. Any claim for shortage or incorrect delivery must be made in writing within five (5) days of delivery, failing which these claims will be deemed abandoned by the Customer.
8. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CONDITIONS.
Unless Shopoutdooronline.com and the Customer agree otherwise in writing, delivery of all Products are EXW commercial terms for Shopoutdooronline.com products. The delivery times are estimated between 1 and 10 working days in the WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CONDITIONS. Shopoutdooronline.com will not be liable for damages resulting from late delivery for any reason. Delivery to the customer’s site constitutes delivery to the customer, whether the customer or his agent is on site at the time of delivery or signs an acknowledgment of receipt. Any claim for shortage or incorrect delivery must be made in writing within five (5) days of delivery, failing which these claims will be deemed abandoned by the Customer.
COMMERCIAL TERMS OF DELIVERY WORLDWIDE include delivery conditions: The goods are delivered when the goods enter the recipient’s country and not when the recipient has paid tax and duties or delivered to the recipient’s address.
No delay in deliveries can be applied to Shopoutdooronline.com due to the country’s duties and taxes, or the delay in payment of these taxes and duties.
9.EXW – Conditions ex works
The seller makes the goods available on his premises. EXW means that a buyer is taking the risk to bring the goods to their final destination. The buyer organizes the pickup of the freight from the ship’s site designated by the supplier, owns the freight in transit and is responsible for customs clearance of the goods. The buyer is also responsible for filling out all export documents, taxes and duties.
10. INSTALLATION.
Unless Shopoutdooronline.com and the Customer agree otherwise in writing, Shopoutdooronline.com will have no responsibility for the installation of the Products.
11. OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS.
Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer when Shopoutdooronline.com receives full payment of all sums due under the products, including taxes and delivery costs. The risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.
12. WARRANTIES.
Shopoutdooronline.com only guarantees its title on the Products. All other warranties are those of the manufacturer. Shopoutdooronline.com disclaims all express and implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shopoutdooronline.com assigns to the Customer any warranty provided by its supplier and by the manufacturer. The Buyer waives all right to legal action against Shopoutdooronline.com for damages caused by the Products.
13. RETURN AND REFUND.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs
The return costs are 100% borne by the buyer.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Any product that is damaged or not received in its original packaging, will not be refunded.
14.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Shopoutdooronline.com BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL, LIQUIDATED, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THE LIABILITY OF Shopoutdooronline.com, IF ANY, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE NET SALES PRICE RECEIVED BY Shopoutdooronline.com.
15. APPLICABLE LAW.
These general conditions and any agreement for the sale of products or for the provision of related services must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
16. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION.
All disputes arising out of or related to an order form must be resolved exclusively by the Polish courts.
